Weekly insights for women who are ready to feel grounded, regulated, and resourced.

This week's hot topic π₯
This week we're talking about why rest stops feeling like rest.
Hey Reader
I want to say something that might sting a little, but stay with me.
You've read the books. Probably more than one about burnout specifically. You know about cortisol and nervous system dysregulation and the importance of rest. You have listened to the podcasts, done a stint in therapy (me too), downloaded at least one app you no longer open (maybe it's mine?)
And you are still in the same place.
Not because something is wrong with you. Not because you are the problem. But because information was never going to be enough.
There is a phrase I keep coming back to in my MSc studies: informed and unchanged. It describes a very specific kind of stuck that is almost worse than not knowing - because you can see exactly what you are doing, you can name the pattern in real time, and you still cannot seem to stop it.
That gap between knowing and doing is not a knowledge gap. It is a belief gap. Somewhere underneath all the insight is an older story running quietly in the background, and that story is louder than everything you have read.
The habits keep failing because they are being built on top of it. Until you get underneath and work with the story itself, you will keep rebuilding on sand.
This is the work I do with women in the Root and Rise framework. Not more information. Not another action plan. The actual thread underneath.
If this is where you are right now, there are two ways in.
The Glow Zone app is free and it is where I share tools and conversations that go a layer deeper than the standard wellness content. Download it and start there.
Or if you are ready to stop doing this alone, book a free Pathfinder call with me. We will get to what is actually in the way, not just what is sitting on top of it.
