Weekly insights for women who are ready to feel grounded, regulated, and resourced.

This week's hot topic π₯
This week we're talking about ego and identity... yikes I KNOW.
Hey Reader
I ask every woman I work with some version of this question early on.
Who are you outside of what you do, who you look after, and what you have achieved?
Most of them go quiet initially. Not because they don't have an answer, but because they have never actually been asked. The question feels simple until you sit with it, and then it feels enormous.
We spend so much of our adult lives building. The career, the reputation, the capability, the identity that goes on LinkedIn and gets introduced at parties. And it is real - that version of you is real and it matters.
But it is not all of you. And for a lot of women I speak to, it has become most of their identity.
When your sense of self is built almost entirely on what you produce and who you show up for, two things happen. Your worth starts to feel conditional on your output. And when something shifts - a role changes, a relationship ends, a season of life turns over - you do not know who you are underneath it.
This is not a crisis. It is just a question that is worth asking before it becomes one.
Who were you before you got very good at your job? What do you actually enjoy, not because it makes you better at anything, but just because it is yours? What would you want if nobody was watching and nothing needed to be justified?
You do not need to have answers right now. You just need to notice whether the question makes you feel something.
If it does, that is worth exploring with someone in your corner.
A Pathfinder call is where that conversation starts. 15 minutes, completely free, no agenda other than honest conversation about where you are and what you actually want.
Also, I made a free quiz to help you get started on the whole 'who am I and wtf is going on with me' thing. It takes less than 3 minutes and it will tell you whether what's going on and what to do next.
Link is below. Take it honestly.
